In Illustrator, create an artboard at A4 size (21.0 x 29.7 cm)
The orientation will depend on the image that you have exported out of Nearmaps.
If the image is landscape, a landscape artboard will suit best and vice versa
Import the Nearmaps image and resize to fit the artboard
Create a Clipping mask of the image to remove excess image.
Don't take to much off, there still needs to be a bit of context for the customer to better understand the positioning.
Rasterize the Clipped Image
Object > Rasterize
Settings to set:
Colour Model: CMYK
Resolution: Medium (150 ppi)
Background: Transparent
Click OK
