Exporting an Emailable PDF

Go to Export

File > Export > Export For Screens (Control + ALT + E)

Rename the Export

Same Naming Convention as the High Res File just add a ** - LR** on the end

Make Sure the below are all selected

Open Location after Export

Create Sub-folders

Format

Select PDF Format

Confirm PDF will export as [Smallest File Size (PDF 1.6)]

Click on the COG

Select PDF

Choose [Smallest File Size (PDF 1.6)] from the drop down

Save Settings

Click Export Artboard
