Open the proof in Illustrator

Create an artboard at the required size

Copy the artwork from the proof to the new artboard and scale up to the correct size

<p>Take off the 15mm allowance for the Keda-Edge</p>

  1. Minus 15mm off the height and length
  2. Create a Clipping Mask
  3. Bring each corner in by 7.5mm (This is the only process that works for angled banners)

Apply the Pink Banner Ends to each end

Select all the artwork and fit the artboard to it

Save the file in production with the standard naming convention

Copy the corresponding proof and banner sizes Excel across to the customer's production proof folder.
