Create a Clipping Mask

Open the excel that was saved at proofing stage, this should be in the internal comms of email relating to the job

Step 2 of 5

In Illustrator, draw a box at the size in the "Print Size" column

Step 3 of 5

Centre align the box over the artboard

Step 4 of 5

Select the Box and the design and create a clipping mask

Step 5 of 5

Fit the artboard to the artwork
