Donning uniform to enter food grade production area (Red Zone)

Donning uniform to enter food grade production area (Red Zone)

Step 1 of 7

Put On Boot Covers:

While in the 'Grey Zone', place boot covers over footwear. Slide legs over bench to 'Orange Zone'.

Note: This is only required for footwear that has been worn outside the food production area

Step 2 of 7

Wash and Dry Hands:

Wash and dry hands in orange zone sink.

Hand Washing Procedure

Step 3 of 7

Put on PPE:

Put on ear protection, eye protection, hair net and beard snood if required.

Note: Beard snood required if facial hear exceeds 2mm

Step 4 of 7

Put on red zone trousers:

Put on clean company supplied trousers.

Step 5 of 7

Put on red zone top:

Put on a clean company supplied top.

Put on second pair of Boot Covers:

Place second pair of boot covers over first pair and step into red zone.

Step 7 of 7

Wash Hands Again:

Wash and dry hands in red zone sink. Do a final check to ensure all hair is covered before entering the production area.
