Wet hands with warm water

Apply soap liberally.

Rub hands for approximately 20 seconds. Don't forget to scrub between fingers, under fingernails and around thumbs.

Rinse soap thouroughly from hands.

Run hands under hand dryer until completely dry.

Apply sanitiser liberally and rub until hands feel dry.
