Create an artboard at 450cm Long x 20cm High

Create a no artwork area at the start of the banner by drawing two rulers at 2.5m apart with one align to the edge of the artboard

2.5m = 25cm @ 10% scale

Repeat step 2 on the other end of the banner

Drag the requested logos onto the artboard and embed if required.

Resize the logo to an eye-catching size

Left align to the first ruler of the safe artwork area

Vertical Align Centre the logo on on the artboard

Drag out duplicates of the logo at rough spacings on the banner.

Align the logo to the last ruler of the safe artwork zone using Horizontal Align Right

Select all the logos and Horizontally Distribute Spacing

Draw a rectangle at 40m Long x 2m High

Centre align Horizontally and Vertically

Set the Outline colour to 100% Magenta.

400cm x 20cm @ 10%

Draw a rectangle at 45m Long x 2m High

Centre align Horizontally and Vertically

Set the Outline colour to 100% Blackv.

450cm x 20cm @ 10%

Group everything except the rulers together and proceed with the Collating A Proof Process
