Where possible, park forklift in safe area. Note that when you feel that the forklift is low on gas, drive slowly as this will generally give you a bit more range.

Wear gloves to turn off gas cylinder valve and disconnect hose. Lower cylinder on bracket and keep hands clear.

Place gas cylinder into trolley and secure using strap, close gate.

Turn trolley so that the wheels face the forklift and ask second forklift operator to lift trolley. Keep well clear of forklift tynes when forklift approaches. Forklift operator will need to adjust tynes to clamp in the tyne pockets and then tilt tynes back.

Drive to LPG bulk storage tanks and follow procedure to refill cylinder. Return cylinder to second parked forklift.

Reverse the process and return gas cylinder to forklift gas cylinder cradle and check to ensure it is secure.

Return trolley to storage area located near the 150 Flexo in the Converting area
