Clean the foetal membrane from calf’s nose and mouth.

Disinfect the naval region with 20% Iodine solution.

<p>Ensure the calf gets 10% of its body weight of colostrum from the cow as soon as possible. If the calf doesn't drink from the mother or doesn't drink enough do it by hand.</p>
