Thanks for making the switch to EcoBurner the safer, cleaner and greener chafing fuel.

Detailed operating instructions are in every EcoBurner box.

The EcoBurner should only be filled in a well ventilated area, away from any open flames or other lit EcoBurners.

Prior to refilling, make sure the EcoBurner is not already full by using the filling station.

To fill, ensure the EcoBurner is in the off position and place it upside down on a level surface.

Place the canister nozzle on top of the filler valve and rotate until it drops into position.

Press down on the canister to fill the EcoBurner. Continue filling until droplets of moisture appear around the base of the filling valve.

The filling noise will change as the unit reaches the filled level.

An empty unit takes approximately 45 seconds to fill.

Check the fill level again. The EcoBurner should never be filled above the top of the green zone.

Place the EcoBurner on a level surface. Rotate the control dial to the maximum position and light the burner head.

Once the burner head glows orange, the EcoBurner can now be adjusted by rotating the control dial.

Take care not to touch the top of the burner as these areas will be extremely hot.

The EcoBurner can now be used under a traditional water-based chafing dish by placing it underneath.

To eliminate the need for water completely, use EcoPan with your existing equipment for a more sustainable system.

Remove the water pan, replace it with an EcoPan and position the lighted EcoBurner in the middle clip below.
