Take the charge indicator and drill 4mm holes.

Take the locking plug and push it into the plug housing like so. Fit it to the PHEV box through the clinch studs. 

Fasten it to the PHEV box using M6 washers and nylocs.

Place x2 M4x20 button heads in the PHEV box and fasten the charge indicator through the back using M4 nylocs. 

Your PHEV box should be looking like this. 

Place the charger through the back of the PHEV box.

Fasten to the PHEV box using x4 M6x20 button heads, a washer on the back and M6 nylocs. 

Take the charger caps and fasten it through the bottom left hole in the PHEV box.

Remove the red clip on the emergency release and feed the string through the hole in the tab at the bottom of the box.

Reapply the red clip and push up into the tab. 

Begin fastening the PHEV box to the mount using x2 M8x20 button heads with nylocs.

Your PHEV box should be at this stage. 

Take the upper mounting bracket and fasten it to the box using x4 M6x16 button heads with nylocs. 

Now fasten the upper mounting bracket to the tray using x4 M8x25 hex heads with a washer each side and nylocs. 

Ensure that your PHEV box is square in relation to the tray and not touching the cab. 

Plug your charge indicator & locking loom back in. 

If the box is not square, undo the mounting bolts to re-adjust. 

Take the plunger and twist on to the strengthener.

Ensure you have grabbed the drivers side 3D printed part and place on to the plunger and strengthener.

Fasten to the top of the PHEV box door through the clinch studs using M5 washers and nylocs. 

Place a piece of tape over the locking plug and close the PHEV door. This is to see whether the plugand the plunger line up properly.

If they do not line up, undo, adjust the plunger and try again.

Once lined up, your PHEV door should push open and close smoothly.

Stick the PHEV door gasket on. 

Install the door stay mount to the bottom of the door using M5 washers and nylocs.

Place the door stays on using M6x16 button heads, nylon washers & nylocs like so. 

Fasten the door stays together using M6x16, a nylon washer and nylocs. 

Ensure that the bolts aren't done up too tight to allow for easy movement of the door. 

Drill the PHEV box earth cable lug to 8mm and fasten to the chassis just underneath the cab. 

Bolt the charge controller to the charge controller mount using x2 M6x20 button heads with a washer on top and nylocs. 

Bolt the bracket to the tray using x2 M12x35 hex heads a washer on each side and nylocs. 

Fasten the bolts and securely cable tie the loom to the tray away from hot or moving parts.
