Torque Values
Remove the tie-down points and remove the spacers from the tie down point. Retain the spacers for the upcoming installation step.

Mount the rear brackets to the van’s tie-down points. Position the spacer behind the bracket (Red Arrow) and secure the tie-down point to the front of the bracket (Blue Arrow) using the factory hardware

Position the 1680mm low-profile bar underneath the rear brackets. Secure the bar to the brackets using the provided M8 x 35mm bolts, washers, and channel nuts.
Position the 1670mm low-profile bar underneath the rear brackets. Secure the bar to the brackets using the provided M8 x 35mm bolts, washers, and channel nuts.
When lifting the drawer into position, stack one 14mm spacer and one 5mm spacer at each of the four bolt locations.
Place two 18mm ply spacers underneath the flat bar as shown before lowering drawer.
When mounting the drawer in the center of the van, use the forward-most holes in the frame. Secure the unit using M8 x 40mm bolts, washers, and channel nuts.
Once the drawer is aligned at the front, square up the rear of the unit. A new mounting hole must be drilled at the rear to ensure the drawer is in the correct position. Secure using an M8 x 40mm bolt, washer, and channel nut.
