

Pack panels face to face with a sheet of foam between each face
Ensure foam over hangs all sides of panels so no board materials are touching
Pack panels from largest to smallest, on smallest pallet size suitable for job.
When nesting panels together “some” offcuts can be used as infills.

Check packing checklist for inclusions, gather and tick off as placed on top of pallet.
Screws, edging, backing, loose parts.

Packing check list to be ticked off to confirm each item included in pallet.

Place full 12mm sheet on top of all items as top board. Use clear shrink wrap.
Top board to be relatively level.
Wrap to be cut using a parrot knife only.

Measure from top of glut to top of pack less 5mm to cut long side boards

Measure from top of pack to floor to cut short side boards

Screw all side boards into pallet into Gluts.

Strap pallet across the width.
Where pallets are above 500mm H a strap around the perimeter is needed

Wrap pallet in Black wrap.
Sheets around side first, then top.

Apply Supawood and label stickers to both long sides.
On the left side. Hand Write weight of pallet, Batch code, pallet size and number of pallets in batch.
