Clean out the hinge using compressed air or a damp cloth.

Wipe the surface where the seal will be applied using the surface activator wipes. 

Caution: Do not get surface activator on any other areas of the powder coating as this etches the powder-coat for surface preparation and will alter the look of the surface.

Remove the adhesive backing and apply the seal to the top of the canopy as shown.

Quickly after applying the seal, press and and hold firmly along the length of the seal to engage the adhesive.

For a longer lasting seal application, apply weight to the top of the seal for 5 minutes. (the longer you leave this there the better)

Remove the weight off the seal, this is now good to go!
