Step 1 of 6

Place the outer frame jig to the outer drawer panels like so and fasten with a nut.

Mark out the holes with a 6mm drill bit.

Do not drill all the way through. 

Remove the jig and drill through the marks with a 3mm drill bit.

Step 3 of 6

Make your pilot holes bigger using a 6mm drill bit.

Your outer drawer should be looking like so.

Repeat this step for the other 3 frames.

For the drawers, place the 'drawer' jig onto the shelf like so. 

Mark the holes with a 6mm drill bit without drilling all the way through. 

Remove the jig.

Step 5 of 6

Drill the marks with a 3mm drill bit.

Drill through the holes with a 6mm drill bit.

Repeat this step on the other sides of the drawers.

Clean up any burrs on the holes.
