Place foam tape along the roof stiffeners like so.

Leave a 100mm gap on each end otherwise the stiffener is difficult to bolt to the roof. 

Bolt stiffener to the roof using M8x20 zinc button heads and loctite.

Using zinc M8x16 button heads and nylocs, bolt the side of the shelf to the body.

Ensure that all nylocs for the shelf sides face inwards towards each other. 

Place the thinner shelf in the body and bolt using M8x16 button heads and nylocs.

Place the wider shelf at the bottom of the body and fasten. 

Once again, ensure the nylocs are all facing outside the shelf. 

Fasten a zinc M8x16 button head and nylocs through the back of the shelf and body with the button head facing in towards the shelf and nyloc on the outside. 

Take the x2 mounts and fasten them together like so using zinc M6x16 button heads with a washer each side and a nyloc. 

Please include x1 zinc M8x25 button head and nyloc for each shelf.
