<p>Locate this hole on the chassis rail. It is the top hole and the front set of holes.</p>

Using a 10.5mm drill bit, drill through the top hole.

Fit the fold-down vice to the chassis using an M12 x 35 bolt.

Drill the holes out with a 8.5mm bit

Tighten the front to the flange.
