Components:
Lift the false floor into the van.
Fit 9mm x 20mm foam tape along the side of the false floor.
Fit the foam as far as the start of the door.
Line the false floor up to the side of the van, ensuring it is a tight fit.
Fit foam as shown.
Clamp the alloy plate to the main false floor.
Screw the alloy plate to the false floor.
Using the spare piece of ply, mount this underneath the main false floor in the rear.
Measure 30mm from the bottom of the smaller ply and 30mm on the main ply for the first hole. Then drill every 200mm till the end.
Then screw in the screws in the pre-drilled holes.
Fit the smaller part of the false floor to the ply and alloy plate, and screw the bolts in the same place as the larger false floor.
Fit the L-angle alloy plate to the front of the van, ensure it is flush each side.
Fit the longer J-bar to the rear of the false floor.
Fit the shorter J-bar to each side of the van.
