Undo the hose clamp at the bottom of the fuel filler and remove the hose from the fuel tank.

Undo the other hose clamp and remove the hose from the fuel filler.

Remove the sheath from the hose.

Using the template supplied, cut the hose and dispose of the piece you have cut off. 

Take the fuel filler and cut the mount off like so.

Clean the cut up with a flap disc.

Place the hose back on the fuel filler.

Place the hose clamps back on the hose and attached the hose to the fuel tank. 

Take x2 M8x25 hex heads with a washer either side and a nyloc and fasten the fuel filler mount to the tray. 

Take the fuel support and fasten it to the fuel filler using and M5x12 button head with a washer and nylocs.

Place the fuel filler in the mount and mark where the support meets the guard. 

Drill a 5mm hole in the guard where you have marked. 

Clean up the hole and fasten the suport to the guard using a M5x12 button heads, washer and nyloc.

Take the fuel filler bracket and fasten to the mount using M5x10 button heads with a washer on the back and nyloc. 

Fasten the fuel cap to the mount using a M5x10 button head with a washer on the front and nyloc.

Fasten the hose clamps back in place and your XLT EC fuel filler modification is now complete.
