Using the jig template, drill the hole with 4mm drill bit
Drill the two centre holes with a 6.5mm dirll bit
Using a 57mm hole saw. Drill two holes in the middle.
Ensure to get rid of the swarf on the cut.
Urethane the bottom of the roof vent inner (CW109822).
Fit the inner roof vent and line them up with the holes.
Fit the outer roof vent (CW109823) to the canopy and line the holes up. Then fit using M4x20 Screw, Cap.
Urethane the bottom of the filter holder (CP109817).
Fit the filter holder inside the canopies onto the cap screws.
Fit the nyloc nuts to the screws.
Tighten to the canopy.
Vent Fitted.
Ensure to clean up around and clear all swarf from the canopy.
