The operator checks on the controller display that all the flour has been completely transferred to the hopper.

When all the blue numbers (actual numbers) and the purple numbers (aim numbers) inside the circles match, it means that flour collection in the hopper is complete.

 The flour controller lights up the orange button when all the flour is transferred in the hopper.

Before starting the 1304 mixer, the operator checks the display to confirm that it is at Stage 0 – Rest.

You can enter the desired stage by pressing Step on the display.

 Press start on the 1304 Mixer of display to start the mixer.

When the 1304 mixer enters Stage 3 – First Flour Addition, the operator presses the orange button on the flour controller to start discharging the ultra-white flour into the hopper, then goes to the 1304 mixer.
