Login to Klarify Navigate to the value stream, select the Task you want to embed the Knowby in.

Open Properties > if a simple description is all that is required eg. check PO prior to sending you can add 1-3 steps in the description. If more complex you will need to create a Knowby - see video for how to embed > click Publish when you are done on the Klarify page.

Knowby needs to be published on the Web not just internally to embed, go to Step 3 to see how to do this.

Click 3 dots on the Knowby > Knowby Details > Unpublish > Submit for approval > tick visible for anyone on Web.
