CONQOR B25 is typically added to concrete at the following dosages:

• Standard concrete: 1.25 to 1.5L/m3
• Self compacting concrete: 2 to 3L/m3
• Sprayed concrete: 1.5 to 2L/m3

Pre-project trials are recommended to establish the ideal dosage for your project

For best results CONQOR B25 should be added to at least 50% of the mix water.

Depending on the batch plant setup, a batching procedure for a dry mix

plant could be:

1. Ensure bowl is empty
2. Add admixture to bowl
3. Add 50% of batch water to the bowl and mix for a minimum of 3 minutes
4. Add rest of load as usual
5. Mix for at least 5 minutes before using/testing

OTHER ADDITIVES

For all mixes up to 40MPa, a Superplasticiser such as Sika ViscoCrete 5-555 or Rockbond Hyper-Plasticiser N, should be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
