Begin by placing the front panel and body together like so.

Fasten together using M6 nylocs.

Rivet the body and front together using zinc sealed rivets. 

Place the back panel and body together like so and rivet using zinc sealed rivets.

Your RAV4 drawer should be looking like so.

Take the pieces shown and rivet them together like so. 

Don't forget the rivets at the bottom of the drawer frame.

Should now be looking like so.

Take M6x12 button heads, a flat washer and loctite and fasten the barrel nut to the frame. 

Take a pair of 650mm drawer slides and fasten them to the frame of the drawer using M6x12 button heads and nylocs.

Fasten each bolt. 

The tab on the end of the inner drawer slide handle should be facing down as shown. 

Install the other drawer slide and place the body inside the frame. 

Once the body is inside the frame, fasten the inner slides to the body using M6x12 button heads and nylocs.

Place the lid on tip and bolt together using M6 nylocs. 

Take the lock and fasten to the front panel.

Cut the rubber ends off the slides and drill hole through the middle of the tabs. 

Take the handle and bolt them to the tabs using M4x16 buttons heads and nylocs. 

Tighten the handle bolts.

Stick down the liner on the drawer lid and inside the drawer body.

Place the dividers in the drawer body in the required locations. 

Ensure that the mounting brackets have rivnuts inserted.

Your RAV4 drawer assembly is now complete.
