Torque Values

Ensure to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery before starting.
Remove the original rail guards

Urethane the corners of the front of the wellside as shown. Ensuring it is tidy.

Fit a strip of 19x9 foam tape along the front side of the wellside.

Heat the rubber around the tie-down points to remove them.
Remove the rear tie-down points.
Attach the rear brackets (CP109409/10) to the tie-down point location. Reuse the tie-down points over top.
Fit the front mounts (CP109728) to the front of the wellside as shown.
Fit the front corner mounts (CP109406) to the front corner of the wellside.
Fit the front cross member (CP109405) to the front of the wellside by placing it over the other mounts.
Fit to front mounts using:
M8x25 CSK Bolts
M8 Washers
M8 Nylocs
Use tape prep before applying the D-seal (RS101034), then place the D-seal tape as shown onto the side rails (CP109407/08).
Place the side rails onto the wellside.
Fit the side rail to the rear mount using:
M8x25 Bolts
M8 Washers
M8 Nylocs
Fit the corner uprights (CP106731/32) as shown. Fit using:
X4 M8x35 Bolts
X8 M8x25 Bolts
M8 Washers
M8 Nylocs
Tighten to join the fitting kits.
Tighten the side rails to the rear upright mounts.
Tighten the front crossmember to the front mounts as shown.
Tighten the front mounts to the wellside as shown, ensure to use impact drill.

Urethane the corners of the fitting kit.
Remove the tailgate guard as shown.
Ensure you remove carefully to prevent damaging wiring.
Remove the tait gate button from the guard.
Fit the switch to the switch spacer (CP109730) as shown.
Place double-sided tape on the sides of the switch spacer and urethane the other sides as shown.
Tape prep the tail gate rail (CP109411).

Fit the switch to the tailgate rail and urethane around the edges to prevent leaking.
Ensure the button is around the correct way as shown.
Fit the D-seal rubber to the outer of the tailgate rail.
Fit the tail gate bracket to the tailgate.
Re-use the factory bolts.
Secure to tailgate.
Remove the tailgate screws on the panel shown.

Underneath the panel, reconnect the switch to the tailgate and reinstall the panel.
Place 40 x 4.8mm foam tape around the bottom of the canopy.
With at least 4 guys, lift the canopy onto the wellside.

Bolt Locations

Place all the bolts in the correct locations.

Secure the canopy to the fitting kit.

Ensure the tailgate closes without hitting the canopy.

Remove this grommet from the right-hand side of the wellside.

Punch a hole through the grommet, big enough for the cab to canopy loom to pass through.
Route the wiring through the hole where the grommet was.

Pull the loom out under the wheel arch.
Carefully undo the trim on the driver’s side of the vehicle to access the wiring.

To pull the loom through the backseat on the driver’s side, tie the coil wire to the loom to assist in pulling it through.

Pull the wire out from under the back seat on the driver’s side.
Pull the loom all the way through.

Place the loom under the points indicated by the arrows and guide it down toward the driver’s seat.

Pull up the trim at the rear of the cab to route the wire underneath.

Connect the loom to the Deutsch plug and connect the corresponding colours to the right number.

Connect the white wire to the blue wire for the door alarm.

Connect the green wire to the black wire with the white stripe.

Connect the brown wire to the green wire for the central locking.

The arrow indicates the location of the fuse.

Fuse is now fitted.
