Before lifting the false floor into the van, ensure that one side of the ply extensions is taken down.
Lift the false floor into the rear of the van.
Sit the false floor on the other extension in the van.
Fit the extension side taken down, back up.
Fit the smaller brackets to the split drawer extension and underneath the false floor. Drill an 8.5mm hole. Tighten using M8 x 40mm with x2 M8 flat head washers and an M8 nyloc washer.
Fit the L-angle to the front of the van, drill pilot holes. Tighten to false floor and brackets using CSK tec screws.
Fit a L-angle alloy bar to each side as shown.
Fit the J-bar to the rear of the false floor and in each door opening.
