Hello, I'm Ada and I will be your guide on how to log into SAP and change themes.

Let's get started. Double click SAP logon icon on your desktop.

First of all, we need to check if we have the correct settings. To check the correct settings, right click on 14S4SS4 sandbox and click on properties.

Description, system ID, instance number and application server should be same as shown.

Click OK. Double click on 14S4SS4 sandbox and enter your SAP login credentials.

If you're logging in for the first time, your default theme should look like this.

We need to change it to have a better understanding. To do this, we need to click on more, then SAP GUI settings and actions, then options.

Under visual design, select theme settings.

In the drop down, select SAP signature theme.

Now click apply and then OK.

Now open up a new GUI session by clicking on system and then new GUI window.

This will apply your new theme to a new session. You can always choose whatever theme you like once you are fully aware of the SAP system.
