Re-start the system upon project completion

Re-fill and commence operation of the whole reticulated system with buffer 1 isolated from the system at the newly installed hot and cold valves.

Slightly open the newly replaced hot and cold butterfly valves from buffer 2 in the boiler shed.

Ensure that the newly installed buffer 1 valves are completely closed.

Use the ARV's and bleed points to remove air from the system pipework.

Begin to slightly open valves to the boilers.

Slowly open butterfly valves in the Gh to allow pressure to equalise and air to escape from the system.

<p>When water is present at the air bleeds and the ARV's are no longer whistling, we can assume the system has been refilled. At this point, all valves are to be carefully opened fully.</p>

Manually cycle system pumps carefully in short bursts with long pauses in between to remove any other trapped air in the system.

<p>Once we are confident that the system has been removed of air and all systems are able to cycle manually without issues, start the system in autonomous operation.</p>

<p>Stand by for several hours and perform periodic checks of the system to ensure safe and correct operation. Bleed out any remaining air during this time and refill buffer 2 accordingly as per the Presscon reading.</p>
