Begin the installation by removing the factory tie-down points located in the middle of the van, beside the door, and at the front.
Remove the Rubber spacer from the tie-down point, as this will be used to go behind the bracket that will be attached.
Fit 2 brackets (CP110348) to the end of the low-profile bar (CP110757), which can be adjusted if needed.
To fit the brackets to the low-profile bar, use:
M8 x 25mm Bolt
M8 Washer Flatheavy
M8 Channel Nut
Fit the bracket and low pro bar to the original tie-down points. Ensuring the spacer is behind the bracket
Fit the bracket and low-pro bar to the original tie-down points.
Remove the drawers from the drawer carcase to allow to lift into the van.
Lift the drawer into the van, sitting ontop of the low-profile bar
Hole Drilled
Fit the drawer to the Low - Profile bar using:
M8 x 25mm bolt
M8 Washer
M8 Channel Nut
Lift the drawers back into the carcass.
