Unplug the number plate light from the loom at cut the other as close to the light as possible.

Strip the wires back on the wires you cut

Next, you will need the 800mm long twin core provided.

Strip the twin core wires back.

Splice the white wire from the number plate light loom to the black wire from the twin core. 

Splice the green wire from the loom to the red wire. 

Cover the splices up with electrical tape.

Take the twin core up towards the number plate light and cut any excess.

Strip the wires back of the twin core.

Splice the twin core to the number plate light in the following orientation.

White - Black

Brown - Red

Cover the splices in electrical tape and securely cable tie the wires away from any hot or moving parts.
