Download and install the Claude Desktop App: https://claude.com/download
Click your name down the bottom left
Make sure that Knowby Team is selected already
Then click Settings

On the left hand panel, scroll down then click Connectors
In the right hand panel, scroll down until you see the Knowby connector, then click Connect

A web page will open in your browser. Follow the prompts to login with Google using your Knowby account.
Select the Knowby Organisation you wish to connect Claude to
Then click Allow access

Back in Claude you will see a message in the top right saying Connected to Knowby.

Once the message disappears, you can click the X to return to Claude.
