Step 1 of 17Follow your company's sanitation policies, including expectations to:
wash hands
wear gloves
use approved food-grade sanitizers

Step 2 of 17On a weekly basis, clean the inside of the ice chute using the ice chute brush dipped in sanitizer solution.

Step 3 of 17Push the brush all the way into the ice chute, twisting and turning to ensure all interior surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.

Step 4 of 17Wait two minutes to allow the sanitizer to work and then repeat and allow ice chute to air dry.

Step 5 of 17Wipe inside and outside the ice chute tip with a clean cloth dipped in sanitizer and allow to air dry.

Step 6 of 17Once a month, clean the ice bin. When you are ready to begin, start by dispensing all of the ice.

Step 7 of 17Turn the power off for safety by pressing the green switch behind the lower door.

Step 8 of 17Remove the ice bin lid and place it onto the hook mounted onto the side of the dispenser.

Step 9 of 17Pour warm water down the bin to help melt any remaining ice.

Step 10 of 17Spray approved food-grade sanitizer inside all surfaces of the ice bin and let the surfaces air dry.

Step 11 of 17For hard to reach areas, use the optional ice bin brush that can be ordered through the Coca-Cola Parts program.

Step 12 of 17For top mount ice makers, be sure to power off the ice maker first.
Then reach inside the empty ice bin and spray sanitizer inside the surfaces.
Let the surfaces air dry.

Step 13 of 17Using a clean bucket, refill the bin with ice until it's about 2 inches from the top.

Step 14 of 17Keep the ice bin at least one third full at all times to ensure crisp carbonation.

Step 15 of 17Do not use bagged ice, which could clump and break internal parts that cause the machine to shut down.

Step 16 of 17Replace the lid and turn on the dispenser.

Step 17 of 17Tap the ice lever to confirm ice dispenses properly and you're ready to serve ice cold refreshments.
