These instructions are provided to show how to fit the Fuel Hoses on a GMC Denali, with a "Fixed" Canopy

Original vehicle filler will look like this

8mm to remove breather hose

Remove clamp for filler

This is the Differential breather. It will be remounted later. Just leave it out of the way for now.
Remove main filler hose from tank

Original hose Needs to be modified

Measure 400 from long end.
• Chop hose
• Discard the straight section.

Refit trimmed fuel hose to tank, tighten clamp.
The “chopped” end faces out. (Not against the tank)
Connect main fuel line and tighten
Important that it has no kinks, so that the fuel flows smoothly.
Note: You may have noticed the front mount is not shown in this vehicle! We had it off temporarily while making this video.
Remove the original earth from vehicle chassis. 10mm.
This is the Differential breather. It should be mounted as high as possible.
Zip tie it to the fuel hoses, neatly trim the zip ties.
Connect the breather hose
Breather hose is supplied extra long. You will need to trim to suit.
Connect breather and tighten.
Done!
