When it's time to set up service on your phone, Google Fi Wireless makes it simple to do from home.

It's easy to do it all in the Google Fi Wireless app. But just to make it even easier, I'm going to talk you through it.

And you'll have this progress bar to show you just how close you are to making your first call on Fi.

Your first step is to open up the Google Fi Wireless app and sign in using the same Google account you used to sign up for Fi.

The app will take you through everything you need to do, including downloading your eSIM so you can activate from home.

Then the app will assign a new number to your device or guide you through transferring your current number from your previous carrier.

And once you've completed the instructions, we recommend you restart your device and then reopen the Fi app to make sure your settings are right.

You can see your status and learn if any issues came up during the connection.
