Establish LUEZ: Establish a pedestrian Load Unload Exclusion Zone using portable bollards or traffic cones.

Open Trailer Curtains: Fully open curtains (and load restraint gates) on both sides of the trailer.

Insert The Forklift Tines: Insert tines completely into the tine pockets.

Raise The Deck: Carefully raise mezz deck up off the corner deck hooks.

Note: Some binding may occur during this process.

Do not stand under or on top of deck while it is being moved, whilst suspended from equipment such as a forklift, nor when one or more deck hooks is not correctly installed.

Move the Deck Hooks: Using a plaform ladder, move the deck hooks to the desired position.

Lower the Deck: Lower the deck onto the deck hooks ensuring deck and hooks are properly seated. Remove the forklift.
