At the System TM line, the packets are stacked automatically.

The bearers automatically placed between packet builds. 

The ends are currently wrapped with a plastic cover and taped. This to for water tightness. 

This could be removed if the stretch wrap can cover enough of the end to keep the packet water tight.   

The packets are transported from the stacker outfeed to the packaging area like this. 

The packets are then laid out one by one on to the Tressel tables. 

The bearers are left on top of the packets.

The bearers are removed and a double sided tape is applied to one side of each bearer. These are then placed to the side of the packet.

Carboard is then wrapped around the center of the packet.

Note this process from here takes two personell. 

The cardboard is then taped.

This process is to hold it in place. It may not be required with an automated system.

The bearer is then placed into position being temporary help up by the double-sided tape.

Then the shrink-wrapping progress begins.

The shrink wrapping is completed. 

Sizing labels are then added to one end of the packet

In addition to the sizing labels a barcode label is added.

The packets are removed from the Tressel tables and stacked to the desired height on top of an export container base.

The packets are then strapped to the container base, ready for dispatch.
