Step 1 of 22So what have we got?
Four blue uprights, eight long beams for holding the shelves, eight short beams, eight cross supports for supporting the middle of them and then four white shelves made of chipboard as well.
2
Step 2 of 22First off to assemble, install some plastic feet.
Obviously they have to go on the bottom. This is the right orientation, these key holes here.
3
Step 3 of 22The big hole faces up, so we want the feet down here.
4
Step 4 of 22Come over, stick the feet on.
5
Step 5 of 22Now for assembling then, start with short beams on the lowest shelf.
6
Step 6 of 22These have a top and a bottom, so the top is the wider piece, the bottom is the narrow.
7
Step 7 of 22They literally just drop on.
8
Step 8 of 22You have to beat them into place because they are a good, tight, fat.
9
Step 9 of 22One on there, one on here.
10
Step 10 of 22And with two sides done, you can go ahead and fit your long bars starting at the bottom.
11
Step 11 of 22Same thing, just clip into place.
12
Step 12 of 22And for the middle, two railed supports, these ear pieces.
13
Step 13 of 22Again, just slide into place. Worth noting as well with this, one person installation.
14
Step 14 of 22You don't need any help through this. One person can easily install this on their own.
15
Step 15 of 22I'm doing it myself here, one-handed, twice following this. It's that easy.
16
Step 16 of 22These wee clips just push in, then go back with a screwdriver and bend these wee tabs back up again, so they can't push out.
17
Step 17 of 22Nice wee system, leaves the shelves nice and rigid.
18
Step 18 of 22It really is that easy to put this thing up. They even sent in a little rubber mallet for tapping down the rails.
19
Step 19 of 22Very easy to install, don't need any skill. The apprentice or somebody new in the job, if you're just setting up, could easily sit and do this on their own.
20
Step 20 of 22That's just one. I didn't have that there across an entire wall.
21
Step 21 of 22You need a whole shelving system in place within a day. This literally takes, what, 20, 30 minutes? Even the shelves, you drop done with one hand.
22
Step 22 of 22Lastly, last shelf, just drops on.
