Begin

Enter the IMEI number of the device you want to repair, then click Next.

Correct Details

Review the device details retrieved from the system. For example, you may see the device type and the assigned user.

Confirm that you want to log a repair against the selected device. If you would like repair status updates sent to an alternative contact, select Yes and enter their email address.

Fault(s)

Select the faults for the device. Use the “i” icon to view basic troubleshooting tips before sending the device for repair.

Select the relevant issues for the repair (e.g., battery issues, camera issues).

Reported Issue

Multiple Reported Issues

If you have logged more than one issue, select Yes to confirm that there are multiple faults.

Device has Serious Physical Damage

Indicate whether there is any physical damage, such as a smashed screen or dents on the device.

Proof of Purchase

Confirm that you have proof of purchase, or that the device was purchased through imei.

Liquid Ingress Indiciator

Indicate whether the device has had any liquid damage. If not, select No.

Reported Issue

Enter a short description of the issues (e.g., “Camera takes blurry photos and battery does not fully charge to 100%”).

Pre-approval Repair Limit

Review the default pre-approval repair limit of $150. Repairs under this amount will be automatically approved if not covered by warranty. If the quote is above $150, imei will contact you to confirm. Note: rejecting a quote incurs a $50 rejection fee charged to the nominated Telstra service.

Billing Service Number

Enter the Telstra service number for the device. We recommend using the service number of the assigned user. This is where any non-warranty charges will be billed.

Click Next.

Loan Phone

Indicate if a loan phone is required. Depending on your agreement with imei, this may be included or available for an additional charge. If selected, enter the delivery details for the loan device.

Delivery Details

Enter the delivery details for the loan phone (if applicable).

Repair Summary

Review the repair summary, including the device details, reported faults, repair description, and loan phone arrangements.

Click Next to complete the repair request.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with the repair form details.
