Disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting any work.

Remove tie-down points.

Fit the two front brackets (CP106363/65) to the wellside using M8 hex head bolts with M8 washers and loosely tighten the bolts, then mark the liner capping where it needs to be cut so it fits between the brackets.

Remove the liner capping and cut it at the previously marked locations so it fits neatly between the brackets.

<p>Fit the two rear brackets (CP106364/66) to the wellside using M8 × 25 hex head bolts with M8 washers, loosely tighten the bolts, and refit the original tie-down point if required.</p>

Refit the liner capping so it sits back in position between the front brackets.

Apply foam tape (RS102633) to the front of the wellside.

Fit the front (CP106531), left and right rails (CP106361/62) onto the wellside.

Install six M8 × 20 bolts with M8 nyloc nuts in all countersunk holes.

Apply black touch-up paint to the M8 countersunk bolt.

Undo the screws securing the tailgate liner and remove the liner.

Cut off the top flange of the tailgate liner.

Step 21 of 32

The tailgate liner will now sit flush in position.

Remove the screws from the tailgate, install the tailgate bracket (CP106360), and secure it using the original screws.

Refit the tailgate liner on top of the tailgate bracket using the original fasteners.

Apply urethane to all gaps between the fitting kit brackets, filling them completely. Wipe away any excess for a clean finish

When placing the canopy onto the wellside, make sure all canopy holes align with the slots on the fitting kit brackets.

Step 26 of 32

Insert M8x25 hex bolts with M8 washers through the aligned holes on the canopy sides. Secure them to the fitting kit using M8 Nyloc nuts and M8 washers.
