

Suit: Ranger 2011-Present BT50 2011-2020 i.e. not the "New" BT50
Minor variations in a BT50, use supplied hose clamp
Will look like this when completed

Identify original filler neck

Remove clamp, 7mm
Remove filler, not reused

On a “tub” model, there is a harness (shown above) to release fuel door, identify it

Zip tie neatly along the chassis.
On a "Tub" model, there is a very small drain hose.
Remove it, it is not required.
On a "Tub" model, there are wires at the front. (These go to the light in the sports bar)
Zip tie them neatly.
Connect and tighten the main delivery hose, 7mm
Use common sense! No kinks. If you need to, trim hoses to length Push all the way on

On a BT50, it will have this original clamp. Discard this, as it is too small. Use supplied clamp as shown below.

Use supplied clamp, 32-50mm

Connect breather
Identify the differential breather

Zip tie it so that it is again the other hose.
We want the top as high as possible. It is basically a "Snorkel" for your diff!
