

Loosen the bolts for the bearings to come out of the drawer.
Once the bearings have been pulled out, pull the drawer out of the carcass.
Lift the carcass into the van through the rear doors.

Place the low-profile bar underneath the drawer on the front and rear.
Ensure you find a cavity underneath the van floor before drilling and hitting a hazard.
Then mark out on the drawer where to drill the hole to attach the low-profile bar to the drawer.
Drill as shown once marked out.
Use a 4mm drill bit for the pilot hole.
Use an 8.5mm drill bit to drill the main hole out.

Insert a 4x M8 x 20mm hex head bolt with an M8 spring washer and an M8 flat head washer into a strut nut to fit the low-profile bar to the drawer.

Ensure the drawer is square and the low-profile bar is still above a cavity.

Measure 70mm from the red lines to mark out where to drill.

Mark to drill.

Drill an 8.5mm hole through the low-profile bar and van floor, ensure not to hit anything.
Tighten the 4 bolts to spec, and then fit the drawers back to the carcass.
