Overview

This is the procedure to create and complete a job sheet for existing customers

To figure out if the customer in an existing customer, simply ask them if they have used gas and tyre before or if they have brought anything from any of the branches before.

If the have, then proceed to the next step.

If they haven't used gas and tyre before, then they won't be in the system.

View Customer

Search the for customer in unleashed

If they are in Unleashed then Proceed to the next step.

Create Order

After finding the correct customer you can create the order.

Job Sheet to Workshop

After printing the job sheet, hand it to the technicians in the workshop to do the job.

Complete the Job Sheet

Once the job has been completed and the job sheet is received back, you are able to complete the order.
