This is how to create and complete a job sheet for new customers 

To figure out if the customer in new, simply ask them if they have used gas and tyre before or if they have brought anything from any of the branches before. 

If the haven't, then proceed to the next step.

If they have used gas and tyre before, then they should already be in the system. See How To - Create a Job Sheet for an Existing Customer. ​

View Customer

Check the customer in unleashed. It is always good practice to check if the customer is already in unleashed as there may be two accounts with the same name, and, it is easier to determine the correct one under the view customer tab. 

It also very easy to add orders and quotes under the view customer tab once you have created the customer.

If they are not in Unleashed then proceed to the next step. If they are in Unleashed then see How To - Create a Job Sheet for an Existing Customer​

Add Customer

As they are not in unleashed then you will have to add a new customer.

Create Order

After creating the customer you can create the order.

Job Sheet to Workshop

After printing the job sheet, hand it to the technicians in the workshop to do the job.

Complete the Job Sheet 

Once the job has been completed and the job sheet is received back, you are able to complete the order.
