

Rotations with added resistance
This exercise uses either resistance bands or the cable weight machine to add some load to a bent over rotational exercise.

Step 1 of 6If using resistance bands use both the green band and the purple band.
Loop them through each other.
Get it nice and tight.

Step 2 of 6That's going to go around the rig. Loop it through.

Step 3 of 6Put it on like a backpack, on the shoulder. Always spin around the back.
Turn that way, for a complete 360, so you're wrapped up.

Step 4 of 6Step out to add some resistance.
Inside foot forward.
Put majority of your weight on the front foot.

Step 5 of 6Do these turns slow and controlled for 8 to 10 reps.
Remember to push the hip out, in the direction of the rotation, as you turn.

Step 6 of 6When you complete the exercise just unwind yourself from the bands.
