Torque Values

Ensure to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery before starting.

In the front corners of the wellside, place tape on either side as shown.

Urethane the Corners ensure to make it is tidy as shown.
Run a single strip of 16x9mm foam tape across the front wellside

Position the brackets at the cab-end corners and secure them using the original factory screws removed from the wellside.

Use the original factory hardware to fit the rear brackets. Ensure these are tightened to hand-tight before final alignment.

Tape Prep for foam tape/D-seal.
Apply D-seal rubber to the side rails. Ensure to use tape prep.
Fit the side rails and the front rail onto the wellside.

Insert the M8 x 25mm CSK (Countersunk) screws into the corresponding countersunk holes on the fitting kit.

Fit M8 nyloc nut to the CSK screw.

Seal all corners of the fitting kit with urethane, ensuring it is neat and tidy.
Use the corner bracket to join the side and front rails. Check that the corner is square before fastening.

Fasten the brackets using M8 hex head bolts and M8 Nyloc/flat washers.
Fit the double-sided foam tape to the underside of the tailgate bracket before installation.
Slide the tailgate fitting kit underneath the plastic liner. Secure to the tailgate using 2 Tec screws on either side and 1 in the centre, if there is no tailgate liner.
Touch up with black paint.
Apply the rubber seal to the outer edge of the fitting kit where it meets the canopy door.
Apply foam tape to the bottom of the canopy, 40 x 4.8mm.

Lift the canopy onto the ute's wellside with at least 4 people.

Bolt Location for mounting the canopy to the fitting kit.

Place the bolts into the correct location as shown above.

Use the Rear Clamp Brackets (CP108736/37) to hold the rear of the canopy down.

Thread the Camco loom through the access point [refer to image] and pull it down the wellside to the chassis level.

Run the wire along the chassis ensure it sits along the top so it can't drag on the ground.
Pass the loom through the factory grommet located underneath the cab floor.

Pull the loom up through the passenger side in the rear of the cab.

Unclip the passenger side door sill and kick panel trims to allow for loom routing.

Route the loom to the middle pillar through to the front of the cab.

Pull the loom all the way through to the front.

Connect the loom to the Deutsch plug and connect the corresponding colours to the right number.

Connect the relay (EL106438) to the relay box as shown.

After opening up the trim, locate this junction of wiring and unclip the plug shown.

Using a pair of wire strippers, strip back approximately 10mm of insulation from both the Blue wire and the White/Black (White with Black stripe) wire.

Connect & Solder: Brown → White/Black | Green → Blue. (Ensure 100% solder coverage).
T-Joint: Cut/strip the solid White wire and place it into the T-Joint.

Find the light purple wire and connect the white wire from the in-cab wiring to it. Ensure to solder and wrap with electrical tape.

Place the fuse holder in the place shown.

Fit the earth to the factory earth as shown.

Reinstall the passenger side trim panels, ensuring all clips engage correctly and the panels sit flush. Bundle any excess wiring with zip ties and stow it neatly behind the trim to prevent rattles or interference.
