Perform milk sensory test

Attach collection hose and open vat tap

Step 4 of 10

When milk level is below door (Less then 1,500L), open the door

Step 5 of 10

Switch off refrigeration - only switch refrigeration off once the milk level is below the door

Step 6 of 10

Continue pumping milk until vat is empty

Step 7 of 10

Remove seal from the door and sit over door for IPC

Step 8 of 10

Turn Switch to IPC position. Push the Rinse/IPC button

Leave collection docket in the relevant vat controller cabinet
