Remove the negative terminal from the battery. Put a rag or an insulator to make sure there is no contact between the battery and the terminal.

Remove footwell covers on both sides of the vehicle.

Run a 5 core loom from the rubber grommet on the passenger side of the vehicle to the driver sides footwell.

Cover the wires with a loom cover.

Install a 4 pin Deutsch Plug.

1. Green - Unlock

2. Brown - Lock

3. Red - Power feed

4. White - Earth

For the Central Locking, Tap a 2 core loom and install a female terminal on each for the fuse holders.

Black to Grey/Brown - Lock

Red to Brown/Green - Unlock

Use 10A fuses on each fuse holder.

Install female terminals on the green and brown wire and connect them on the fuse Terminals on their respective positions.

Green to Red

Brown to Black

For the Power feed use the red wire and connect it to a micro fuse2 tap, Insert it to the 20A fuse, Put the 20A fuse on the front and 10A at back of the tap.

For the earth, install an eye terminal on the white wire and install it to the ground terminal on the side.

Tidy up the wires using cable ties. Make sure there are no loose wirings all over the cab.

Return the covers on both sides of the vehicle.

Re-install the negative battery terminal.
