Step 2 of 4While holding down the operate button (7), the operator presses the reverse paddle button (2) for more than 5 seconds, causing the mixer paddle to rotate and discharge the dough from the mixer. This action is repeated 3–4 times.

Step 3 of 4The dough from the mixer is transferred along the conveyor belt.
