Place porta-filter into grinder press once to turn on, twice to start - wait for it to finish

Remove porta-filter from grinder and press down firmly, tap and press again

Insert porta-filter into machine

Insert steam wand, turn on steam handle

Technique is to sit the steam wand just at the top of the milk and to the side, allowing it to swirl the milk in the jug

Take cup, slowly pour in milk on top of coffee, wiggle at end when nearly full
