Unbolting and Removing the Wheel

You are now able to unbolt and remove the wheel.

When removing the wheel, be mindful not to knock the taps, as they are very easy to damage.

Inflating the Tyre

When inflating, make sure you get enough air in the tyres to keep them solid remembering that you will lose some when you connect the hoses.

Don’t worry about getting the air pressure exact, the CTI will sort this out.

Use CTI fittings to attach to end of the hose to stop the tyre from losing air after inflating.

Installing the Wheel

Install the wheel.

When installing the the wheel, be mindful not to knock the taps, as they are very easy to damage.

When positioning the wheel on the hub, ensure that the lines can reach the taps and tighten without being forced or stretched. This is crucial.

When feeding the inner hose through to the outer wheel, make sure the hose comes through two holes level with each other, so that the hose doesn't get pinched when tightening the wheel.

Step 8 of 10

Connecting the Hoses

Remove the CTI fitting from hoses and screw the hoses on to the taps.

Re-screw carefully as to not cross-thread them, don’t let the air rushing out make you panic.

Note: Only use silicone based lubricants if you have to, as other sprays can dry out or damage the rubber O-rings in the airlines.
